Section 2(1)(i) in Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Recognition and Issuance of Renewable Energy Certificate for Renewable Energy Generation) Regulations, 2010

(i)"obligated entity" means the entity mandated under clause (e) of sub-section (1) of section 86 of the Act to fulfill the renewable purchase obligation;
