- During the first week of every month, a survey shall be made of the number of persons normally employed in every district and other places belowground in the mine and a sketch plan showing the results of such a manpower survey, signed and dated by the manager shall be kept in the office of the mine and a copy thereof shall be kept with the attendance clerk.
