18. Special provision for academic year beginning in 2018.
(1)Notwithstanding any provision of this Act, the State Government may, by notification published in the Official Gazette, impose a restriction on the management of the private school to keep the fee for the academic year beginning in 2018, within 10 percent of fee charged in the preceding year.(2)The provisions of sections 9, 10, 11 and 12 shall mutatis mutandis apply to the violation of this section.
