(3)On such permission being given, the landlord shall be deemed, notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, to have given the requisite consent under sub-section (2) of section 12 of the Indian Electricity Act, 1910, and the licensee shall not be liable to the landlord for trespass for steps taken for supply of electricity according to the said permission.] [Section 32A inserted by West Bengal Act 24 of 1959.]
