I.A.11419/2020, sixth repeat application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail u/S. 389(1) Cr.P.C. has been filed solely on the ground that appellant has suffered period of 14 years of custody period.
Instead of entering into merits of the claim for suspension of sentence it would be appropriate that appellant makes a prayer before the Registry to list the matter for hearing before special bench constituted for hearing cases in which convicts are in jail for more than 10 years.
With the aforesaid liberty, I.A.11419/2020 stands disposed of.
