20. Accounts and audit.
(1)The Authority shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and prepare an annual statement of accounts including the balance sheet in such form as the Government may specify.(2)The accounts of the Authority shall be subject to audit annually by a qualified Chartered Accountant as may be approved by the Authority.(3)A copy of the audited accounts together with the report shall be sent to the promoting agency.
