Section 124(1) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 2001
(1)A society may open a branch or a place of business outside the State of Rajasthan or a co-operative society registered under any law in any other State may open a branch or place of business in the State of Rajasthan with the prior permission of the Registrar.Explanation.for the purpose of this section "Registrar" shall not include officers on whom powers of the Registrar have been conferred under sub-section (2) of section 4.
