370. Prohibition against washing by washermen.
(1)The Commissioner may, by public notice, prohibit the washing of clothes by washermen in the exercise of their callings except at such places as he may appoint for the purpose.(2)When any such prohibition has been made, no person who is by calling a washerman shall in contravention of such prohibition wash clothes except for himself or for personal and family service or for hire on or within the premises of the hirer, at any place other than a place appointed under sub-section (1).Prevention of dangerous diseases
