Section 47(2) in Haryana Panchayati Raj Election Rules, 1994
(2)As each voter enters the polling station, the Presiding Officer or the Polling Officer authorised by him in this behalf shall check the voter's name and other particulars with the relevant entry in the voters list and then call out the serial number, name and other particulars of the voters.
