Section 11(2) in Home Guards Organisation, (Departmental Examination) Rules, 2012
(2)The Head of office in which, the person is serving shall scrutinize the application with regard to his eligibility for appearing in the examination and forward the same to the Board through the Director General of Home Guards, Gujarat State along with the Certificate of Eligibility to appear in the examination;
