(1)Every Approved Centre shall be liable to inspection at all times and in all its departments by the Director (Child Welfare), Deputy Director (Child Welfare), Assistant Director (Child Welfare), Inspecting Officer (Child Welfare or an officer authorised in this behalf by the Director (Child Welfare) and shall be so inspected at least once in a quarter of every year.
