Section 45(1) in The Rajasthan Waqf Board (Election of Members) Rules, 1999
(1)Every ballot paper shall have a counterfoil attached thereto, and the said ballot paper and the counterfoil shall be in such form as may be approved by Chief Election Authority and the particulars therein shall be in Hindi.
