Judgment / Order 04/07/2018 This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the petitioners with a prayer for quashing the FIR No.122/2018 dated 10.04.2018 of Police Station Ratanada, District Jodhpur City East.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report dated 03.07.2018, wherein it is mentioned that during the course of investigation, the police have already arrested the petitioners along with one another co-accused person and the investigation is almost concluded.
In view of the fact that the petitioners have already been arrested and the investigation is almost completed, I don't find (2 of 2) [CRLMP-1879/2018] any merit in this criminal misc. petition and the same is hereby dismissed.
Stay petition also stands dismissed. The factual report dated 03.07.2018 be taken on record.
