7. Memorandum and by-laws to be printed or typewritten and signed.
(1)The memorandum and the by-laws of the society shall be printed or typewritten.(2)The memorandum shall be signed by at least and signed. seven members who shall add their addresses and occupation in the presence of at least one witness who shall attest the signatures.(3)The by-laws shall be signed by the signatories to the memorandum.
