Section 10 in The West Bengal State Homoeopathic Health Service Act, 2002.
10. Persons appointed in West Bengal General Service as Homoeopathic Medical Officers be included in the West Bengal Homoeopathic Health Service.
- Any person of the West Bengal General Service appointed to the post of Homoeopathic Medical Officer, including those who are in Administrative posts, other than a post included in the cadre of the West Bengal Homoeopathic Education Service shall be included in the cadre of the West Bengal Homoeopathic Health Service.
