Section 47(7) in The Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005
(7)Any amount of money which a person is directed to pay under subsection (1) or for which he is personally liable to the State Government under sub-section (4), shall, if it remains unpaid, be recoverable as an arrear of land revenue.
