Section 8(a) in The Maharashtra State Council of Examinations Act, 1998
(a)if such person directly or indirectly, by own self or one's partner,-(i)has or had any share or interest in any text-book published, or;(ii)has any share or interest in any work done by order of, or any contract entered into on behalf of the Council:
