Section 3(i) in The Lushai Hills District Fisheries Act, 1953
(i)All laws for the time being in force in the State of Assam shall mutatis mutandis apply in respect of the establishment and management of fisheries in the Lushai Hills Autonomous District subject to amendment and modification made from time to time by the District Council.
