(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in the [Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973] [Substituted by MISA Amendment Act, 1975 (39 of 1975), S. 3 (w.e.f. 29-6-1975).], every offence under clause (b) of sub-section (1) shall be cognizable.
