72. Immunity from civil suit.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government, the Administrator, the Commissioner, any Value Added Tax Authorities, or member of the Appellate Tribunal for anything which is done or intended to be done under this Regulation or rules made thereunder.
