13A. [ Joint Registrar. [Sections 13A inserted by Gujarat 21 of 1968, dated 6th November 1968.]
(1)The Joint Registrar shall be a whole-time salaried officer and shall be appointed by the Syndicate in accordance with the Statutes to be made in this behalf and his emoluments and conditions of service shall be determined by such Statutes. He shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations.(2)The Joint Registrar shall have his office located at Bhavnagar.] [Sub-section (5A) inserted by Gujarat 10 of 1982, dated 24th February, 1982 (w.r.e.f. 09-12-1981).]
