Section 17 in Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009
17. Chief Finance and Accounts Officer.
(1)The appointment of the Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall be made by the President in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes.(2)The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be specified in the Statutes or the Ordinances.
