63. Appointment of Vice-Chancellor.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 10, the first Vice-Chancellor shall be an honorary officer who shall be appointed by the Government as soon as practicable after the passing of this Act for a period not exceeding three years and on such terms and conditions as the Government thinks fit.
