Section 100(4) in Himachal Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Rules, 1971
(4)Any creditor present may move an amendment to the compromise or arrangement proposed, if he has given notice of such amendment in accordance with sub-rule (3) of rule 98provided that -The Chairman may put to the meeting any amendment proposed by a creditor of which such notice has not been given if a majority of the creditors present agree that such amendment may be considered by the meeting.
