26. Bar to exercise powers [Section 31 (1)].
- Nothing in these bye-laws shall be deemed to authorise any sub-committee to exercise any power or perform any function, the exercise and performance of which has been delegated by the committee to any officer or has been vested in any officer by any rule made under the Act.
