Section 17 in Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University Act, 2015
17. Law Officer.
(1)The Law Officer shall be appointed by the University. He shall be in-charge in respect of all the legal matters for and against the University.(2)The qualifications, experience, powers, functions and duties of the Law Officer shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
