Section 1(d) in Rules for the Election of Members including the President and the Vice-President of the Rajasthan Pharmacy Council and the Members of the executive committee of the said council, 1968
(d)"Registrar" means the Registrar of the Rajasthan Pharmacy Council and, in the case of the first election under clause (a) of section 19 or section 23 or section 27, the Registrar of the Registration Tribunal appointed under sub-section (1) of section 30;
