13. Rules.
- The State Government may make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act.(2)Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a)scheme for administration of the property, referred to in section 8,(b)manner in which the accounts of the Society shall be kept, audited and published referred to in section 10, and(c)any other matter which may or is required to be prescribed.
