Section 378G(1) in The Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888
(1)When a demolition order in respect of an obstructive building or any part thereof has been made under section 378-E, the Commissioner may specify and declare to [the Standing Committee] [These words were substituted for the words 'the Mayor-in-Council' by Maharashtra 27 of 1999, Section 157, (w.e.f. 23-4-1999).] the properties of which the building or part of a building intended to be demolished is in his opinion obstructive, and shall serve a notice to that effect upon the owner or owners of each of such specified properties.
