Section 29(2) in The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences Act, 1998
(2)The Academic Council shall consist of the following members, namely :-(i)the Vice-Chancellor;(ii)the Pro-Vice-Chancellor;(iii)the Director, Research and Medical Education;(iv)the Deans of Faculties of the University;(v)the Heads of Colleges affiliated to the University, not represented by the Deans of FAculties; and(vi)two eminent experts in health sciences education who are from outside the University or its affiliated Colleges.
