Section 96(3) in The Dock Workers (Safety, Health And Welfare) Regulations, 1990
(3)In every dock, the drinking water sup lied to the dock workers shall during hot weather, be cooled by ice or other effective means:Provided that if ice is placed, in the drinking water, the ice shall be clean and wholesome and shall be obtained only from a source approved in writing by the health officer of the port.
