Section 9 in Rajasthan Universities' Teachers (Absorption of Temporary Teachers) Act, 2008
9. Repeal and Savings.
(1)The Rajasthan Universities' Teachers (Absorption of Temporary Teachers) Ordinance, 2008 (Ordinance No. 3 of 2008) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, all things done, actions taken or orders made under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been, taken or made under this Act.
