Section 21 in Tamil Nadu Land Improvement Schemes Act, 1959
21. Appointment of Executing Officer.
- The Land Improvement Board in respect of a scheme sanctioned by it or by the Government and the Soil Conservation Board in respect of a scheme prepared by it shall, when the scheme comes into force, appoint an officer called the Executing Officer to execute the scheme.
