parties.
This Court on 22nd March, 2011 passed a
direction upon the learned counsel for the respondent to
produce original communication bearing no. 8th Bn./Com/14/2010/4795 dated 02.12.2010 addressed by the Commandant to the Inspector General, RPSF, Railway Board under the subject- "numerous activities of forming groupism by Head Constable, Chandeshwar Prasad of Headquarter Company". The said communication has not yet been produced in terms of the direction of this Court.
