Section 47 in The Chhattisgarh Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960
47. Power to direct affiliation to Federal Society.
- The State Government may, by a general or special order, direct that all or any of the societies situated within a specified area shall be affiliated to the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Union or to a (the District Co-operative Union) or to any other union in such manner and on such conditions as the State Government may specify:Provided that no order shall be passed by the State Government in respect of co-operative credit structure.
