275. Approval of building site and sanction of plan for erection of building.
- No piece of land shall be used as a site for the erection of a building unless such site has been so approved with reference to the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 333, which shall apply mantis mutandis, and no building shall be erected unless a building plan has been sanctioned for such building in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and the rules, or the regulations or the bye-Laws, made under this Act.
