Section 51(1) in Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development (General) Rules, 1995
(1)The local authority, in which whose jurisdiction the land under the draft Scheme published under sub-section (1) of Section 93 falls, shall give its consent as required under sub-section (1) of Section 93 within a period of thirty days from the date of the Authority has issued a letter to that effect to the local authority.
