Section 8(ii) in Bihar Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Rules, 1983
(ii)On receipt of the application the party shall be informed of the court-fee stamps required under the provision of sub-rule (iii), for the supply of the copy. On payment of the requisite amount of court-fee stamps by the party a certified copy of the order shall be prepared and granted to him.
