11A. [ Power of Magistrate to pass sentence. [Inserted by Rajasthan 10 of 1957.]
- Notwithstanding anything contained in section 32 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, a Magistrate of the First Class may pass any sentence provided for any offence punishable under this Act and the provisions of the said code shall be deemed to have been amended accordingly.]
