Section 15(1) in The Maharashtra Chit Funds Rules, 1976
(1)In the case of cash deposited in an approved bank and transferred in favour of the Registrar under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 13. the receipt or the book issued by the approved bank shall be delivered to the Registrar. The Registrar shall inform the approved bank that the security amount has been deposited in the bank in pursuance of section 13.
