Section 19 in Madhya Pradesh Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1947
19. Bar of suit or other proceedings.- No suit or other proceedings shall lie in a civil Court in regard to any matter for which provision is made in this Act or the rules made thereunder, and no prosecution, suit or other proceedings shall lie against any public servant for anything done, or intended to be done, in good faith under this Act or any rule made thereunder.
