Section 19 in The Mumbai Port Trust (Pension Fund) Regulations, 2004
19. Decision by majority : All matters considered at the meeting shall be decided by a majority of votes. The Trustees shall be at liberty to pass a resolution without any meeting of the Trustees, provided that such resolution shall be evidenced in writing and passed by majority after being circulated.
