This appeal has been assigned before the Bench headed by one of us (Subrata Talukdar, J.) by the Note of the Office of the Hon'ble the Chief Justice dated 13 th of April, 2022. The Note of assignment, inter aila, take notice of three analogous appeals being MAT 1069 of 2015, MAT 1129 of 2015 with MAT 1309 of 2015, which also stood assigned before the Bench headed by one of us (Subrata Talukdar, J.).
It is brought to the notice of this order that by order dated 10th of June, 2022, the three appeals as stated above, being MAT 1069 of 2015, MAT 1129 of 2 2015 with MAT 1309 of 2015, were released by this Bench on the personal ground by one of us (Lapita Banerji, J.).
This Court is of the considered view that the terms of release should also govern the present analogous appeal being MAT 2752 of 2015.
FMA 2752 of 2015 stands accordingly released from this Bench.
