(6)The copy will be certified to be photostat copy by the Head Copyist and shall bear the following endorsement:-(a)number of the application in the register and the year;(b)date of presentation of the application;(c)number of pages;(d)amount of copying fees paid in copying stamps and/or in cash;(e)name of the photostat copier;(f)date fixed for issue of copy;(g)date on which copy was ready;(h)date of issue of notice to applicant (if issued);(i)date of delivery/posting.]
