"In view of the grounds mentioned in the in support of the appeal, there shall be suspension of the sentence alone imposed in the judgment, dated 26.2.2020, passed in S.C No.261 of 2017 on the file of the X Additional Sessions Judge, Narsapur, West Godavari District, and the petitioner, who is A1, is directed to be enlarged on the same terms and conditions as imposed by the trial court."
