Facts :-

The aforesaid three appeals have been filed by the appellant. As they relate to connected issues, it has been decided to dispose them of through a common order.

2. It is the submission of the appellant that he was allotted Plot No. 7, Block-

C, Village Rangpuri, New Delhi, by DDA in 2007. His request for the Conveyance Deed in respect of this plot is pending with DDA ever since that time and DDA has been procrastinating and willfully delaying the issue of Conveyance Deed, thereby causing him financial detriment and loss of mental peace..

3. Shri Balbir Singh, Deputy Director(LSBR) would respond that there has been some delay in the issue of Conveyance Deed due to an anonymous complaint having been filed by one Deepak Sehrawat. Interestingly, he also submits that the complainant has not given his address in the complaint, nor has he annexed any documents to substantiate the allegations. He, however, assures the Commission that it should be possible for DDA to take an appropriate decision in 05 weeks time.

4. In view of the above, the matter is adjourned to 09.08.2010 at 1530 hrs. Shri Balbir Singh would personally appear before the Commission on the said date.

5. It is noticed that the above mentioned two cases are inter-connected with the case discussed in the preceding paras. Hence, these are clubbed together with the main appeal.
