State of Gujarat - Subsection

Section 27(1)(a) in The Gujarat Industrial Relations Act, 1946

(a)recognise any combination of employers in an industry [in any local area] [These words were inserted by Gujarat 8 of 1962, Section ll(i).] whether incorporated or not as an association of employers for the purposes of this Act, provided that one of the objects of such combination is the regulation of conditions of employment in the industry [in that local area];
