Section 17 in Punjab Regulation of Wood Based Industries Rules, 2019
17. Penalty.
(1)Whoever contravenes any provision of these rules shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or with fine which may extendto five thousand rupees or both.(2)In case, any direction of the State Level Committee is not complied within the specified time, a penalty upto one rupee per day per Cubic Meter of the installed capacity may be imposed.
