31. Transfer of Cases.
- On the application of the complainant or of its own motion, the District Forum shall, in the interest of justice, recommend the transfer of any complaint filed before it to any other District Forum and the State Commission may pass appropriate orders:Provided that the State Commission shall entertain in justified cases the transfer of cases from one District Forum to another brought to its notice by the complainant.
