Section 24(1) in The Parsi Marriage And Divorce Act, 1936
(1)The State Government shall, in the Presidency-towns and districts subject to their respective Governments,respectively appoint persons to be delegates to aid in the adjudication of cases arising under this Act, after giving the local Parsis an opportunity of expressing their opinion in such manner as the respective Governments may think fit.
